Due to the large volume of requests, we process donations within 5 days of receipt of the request. If you do not hear from us within two weeks, please email us. We apologize for any technical errors that could hinder your request, and will do our best to keep those to a minimum. However, we are not responsible for requests that were not delivered.

This form in no way constitutes our agreement to participate in any events, this is not a contract and all donations will be confirmed. If you do not receive and answer from us within two weeks of submission, please re-email. Resubmitting does not constitute an agreement from us, if the necessary lead time is not met, we are unable to participate. If you do not receive an answer from us after two weeks of submission, we apologize, but we are unable to grant your request.
